Quick, same day response! Bill from AIM cleared up a clog from one of our Association homes to the main sewer line. The blockage was about 50 feet from the home. He then took a video of the entire line and provided us with a copy. Bill took time to show us what he found and let us see the video inspection of the drain line live as he was gathering it. Javier did a very good job replacing the faucet assembly for our quest bathtub and adding an access panel to two shutoff valve he put on the bathtub cold and hot water through our guest bedroom wall. He only had silver screws for the bright white access panel on our bright white wall. I had to provide him with four white screws. He spent four or five hours doing a big job and returned water to our quest-full house which had had NO WATER for over 16 hours.

My only complaint is the price of over $2,500.00! I was in a difficult situation and I think AIM took advantage of me.

Following my review above, I received a call from an AIM representative who listened to my concern about the price and agreed after speaking with the AIM Service Manager to offer a significant price reduction. Highly recommend!
Javier was incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working , and thorough.
He showed up within hours to replace water heaters, commodes, and update the connections to fresh metal.  Also, perfectly installed a new full-home water filter, and was kind enough to spend time to explain how it works. AIM Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I have ever used.
My first experience was with Carlos who showed up on time was very respectful and quickly diagnosed the problem of a clogged drain plus a repair on another toilet.
My next experience was with Chris who also showed up on time and also was very respectful and careful as he snaked the drain that was clogged.
We decided to replace the toilet and he was very helpful in finding the one we wanted.
Both of these gentlemen have a passion for doing a great job for the customer which is so refreshing today.
The service manager and the office administrator are focused on great service for the customer
